It's All About Compliance

Income Tax Preparation

While there are many steps to getting your tax returns filed, I am here to make that walk as pleasurable as possible.

I can lead the way and e-file Income Tax Forms for individuals, sole proprietors, and small businesses that are not partnerships. Whether you’re dealing with W-2s, 1099s, or business deductions, let's make this year's tax filing process enjoyable and smooth from beginning to end.

Payroll Tax

Only one employee, no problem. We can provide payroll taxes services for issuing paychecks as often as you need.  Employees fill out a W-4 and it is used to calculate their withholdings. You receive the details of what to give to employees along with their net paycheck amount. Stay out of trouble with the government as your company's reports and payments will be timely and correct.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected from customers and remitted to the government. There are several different levels to be tracked, reported, and remitted based on guidelines and due dates. The accounting system needs to be correctly set up in order to accurately and easily handle this liability.

1099-K $5,000 for 2024
$2,500 for 2025

Due to vendors by January 31 of each year.

If you haven't done it yet, there are extra costs - I can help you get them filed so costs don't keep growing every day.

1099-NEC for vendors not incorporated, $600.

1099-MISC for others not incorporated., $600.

1099-K for anyone not incorporated being paid for goods or services through the internet using platforms like PayPal, Venmo, eBay, or Etsy, to name a few.

Property Tax

Property tax is based upon the possession of assets owned by the business. It is an annual tax on the book value. Proper depreciation and amortization schedules being applied to the various classes of assets allows for the lowest possible valuation of assets upon which the tax is based.

Independent Contractors - 1099

Independent Contractors are not employees and do not receive payroll checks.  If someone is paid as a contractor but falls under the guidelines of an employee, the employer is responsible for both the employee's and the employer's portions of the payroll taxes which should have been remitted during the year. Be careful when determining the classification of workers.
